1 Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or playing any game, mobile application, or software developed by Kairox Studios ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service and End User License Agreement ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately uninstall and discontinue all use of our software.

2 Limited License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Kairox Studios grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to install and execute a single copy of our applications on compatible mobile devices under your control, solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment and utility purposes.

All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved by Kairox Studios and its authorized licensors.

3 Intellectual Property Rights

All content, graphics, vector artwork, animation sequences, sound synthesis algorithms, character designs, audio tracks, brand names, the "Kairox Studios" trademark, and source code powering our games are the exclusive intellectual property of Kairox Studios. You may not copy, extract, reproduce, create derivative works from, or reverse-engineer our binaries without prior written authorization.

4 In-App Purchases & Store Billing

Certain Kairox Studios titles may offer optional digital cosmetic items, game expansions, or ad-removal upgrades. All digital transactions are processed exclusively through the official platform billing system (Google Play In-App Billing or Apple In-App Purchase):

• Virtual goods have no real-world monetary value and cannot be redeemed for fiat currency.
• Refund requests must be directed to the corresponding platform store (Google Play Console or Apple App Store) in accordance with their respective refund policies.
• We do not store or process your credit card, debit card, or banking details on our servers.

5 Advertisements & AdMob Integration

Supported titles may display non-intrusive contextual or rewarded advertisements provided by Google AdMob. We adhere to IAB authorized seller standards via our domain-hosted app-ads.txt file. We strictly disallow deceptive advertising formats, unexpected audio blasts, or fraudulent click lures.

6 User Conduct & Prohibitions

While utilizing our applications, you agree that you will not:

• Decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, or decrypt application packages (APKs, AABs, IPAs).
• Deploy automated bots, memory modifiers, or unauthorized cheats to artificially alter leaderboard scores.
• Interfere with, overload, or disrupt the operation of game services or Google Play Services integration.
• Use the software in any manner that violates applicable local, national, or international laws.

7 Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

Our applications and games are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. While we engineer for sustained 60 FPS performance, we do not warrant that operation will be completely uninterrupted or error-free on all existing hardware configurations.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Kairox Studios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your access or inability to access our games.

8 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of our applications shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bidar, Karnataka, India.
